World Vision cerca CRS and Administration officer part time

The CRS and Administration Officer will work in the fundraising department and will report to the Fundraising Director.

Activities:

Fundraising and CRS Area

–        Analysis of donors payments

–        Analysis of sponsors coming from Face to Face channels

–        Production of marketing reports about Face to Face campaigns

–     Engagement with Face to Face sponsors with problems in direct debit and credit card payments, using outbound calling

–    Organisation of retention activities for in-arrears sponsors (sponsors paying not regularly), including mailing and outbound calls

–       Facilitation of retention activities for delinquent sponsors (sponsor who didn’t pay), including on and off-line mailing and outbound calls

–        Contribute ideas and thoughts to donor relationship strategies

–        Maintains an up-to date document of the business processes they are responsible for

Administration Area

–      Data Entry of payments (Postal Giros, Direct Debit from Banks, Direct Debit from Poste Italiane, Bank Transfers, Credit Card )

–        Data Entry of bills

–        Able to source and set-up business process solutions to support business initiatives e.g. new bank accounts, CCP

–        Management of bills payments to suppliers

–        Management of transfers to field programmes

–        Production of financial report on Income, Costs and Cash Flow

–        Production of monthly financial reports for WV International

–    Responsibility to create and maintain an effective and excellent working environment. This includes maintaining provision of good infrastructure and equipment e.g. printers, telephone services

–        Organise logistics of board meetings including travel arrangements

–        Maintains an up-to date document of the business processes they are responsible for

Required skills and experience:

–        Excellent knowledge of accountancy.

–        Data entry and checking that is of a high quality and accuracy.

–        Computer numerate with good knowledge of Excel, Access and data analysis tools.

–        Excellent communication skills (written and oral) both in Italian and in English.

–        Good communication abilities using the telephone.

–        Understanding of how to manage supplier relationships.

–        Experience in relations and communication with donors is preferable.

–        Previous working experience in a charity is preferable.

–        Able to work as a part of a small but dynamic and busy team.

–        Ability to work flexibly to respond to urgent and high priority business needs.

–        Is competent solving problems and discovering long term solutions to issues.

–      Demonstrates proactive attitude to consistently improve the efficiency in the office activities and in the delivery of a great experience for donors.

–        High degree of flexibility (Available to work occasionally in the range 17,00-19,00 if needed).

–        Dedication and passion for the cause of World Vision.

Job location: based in Rome

Contract: 12 months co.co.pro. contract

Salary: 800 euros net x month

Starting date: July 2013
