As the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator (D&I), you will be an integral part of the Human Resources (HR) team. You will be coordinating Diversity and Inclusion, and promoting gender equality related initiatives from the Talent Management perspective across WFP. Your role will be to shape WFP’s approach to D&I and gender equality across its worldwide operations and 15,600 employees.
The main focus will be on the internal side of WFP, particularly supporting our field offices and regional offices to make a breakthrough in terms of D&I and gender equality. The function also requires collaboration with external D&I organizations, and within the UN system to ensure WFP achieve concrete results and outcomes. The position is within the Individual Performance Strengthening team in the Human Resources Division.
You will apply your HR and D&I knowledge and experience to develop and implement initiatives and programmes that fully meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
